PRODUCTIVE-TYPE OF BEHAVIOR

This is a type of personality fit in business. He was very resourceful to attain his objective. He planned and executed decision to meet with the desired result. He gathered all necessary and useful information to guide him to make a decision. It becomes the basis of his planning on how his action should be and when to start his activities. In some instances, the delay of its implementation may be reasonable if there is some lapses seen along the way that should be attended to.

He was very careful in his action. As much as possible he wanted success not failure. He spent much time in his planning stage looking all the angles that may affect his decision and implementation. He was meticulous in his every movement weighing all the pros and cons to ensure that everything is in order before he will proceed.

In hiring people, he sees to it that the applicant to the job has to pass many oral and written tests to gauge his knowledge and its potential to fit to the vacancy. He will not hire people because of connection or closeness in the past. He must pass according to protocol of hiring where good ability, hidden talent is a must. He doesn’t want to place his business in the hands of those whose integrity and knowledge will not meet the standard set in. He wanted to have employees he can rely on during his absence.

He was not good in trusting people. He immediately cast doubts of their honesty and ability to carry-out a sensitive post. He only placed his trust to a very experience employee he had known many years had passed and had long record of accomplishments. He doesn’t want to take chances for failure. A new employee has to show his talent to be known to be able to gain trust from his superior.

Sometimes, he acted too judgmental to decide into a conclusion at first glance without giving a chance for a man to show his worth. He believed he knows everything but honestly he is not. His belief was high to the point of misjudgment. Talents cannot be known the way he look, move and act. He should be tried to physically test his knowledge to be able to arrive to correct conclusion.

He was task-oriented. If he gives a task to an employee, he should be able to meet the deadline without delay. The quality of his work should be above par. Excellence is a must. There is no room for errors. Perfection is the Bible.

He was productive. He was expecting high level of production. The survival of the company is ensured if high profitability is reach and the rate of investment is satisfactory. He strive to hit above mark because this was where the profit is assured.

He showed calmness in the period of company’s distress. If there is problem affecting company’s operation, his mind is clear to look for a solution. Panic will only worsen the situation especially if the mind is being shrouded with emotional burden. Being too emotional will cause weakness in mind and spirit. He becomes slow in dispatching his decision and the necessary action to remove the threat.

He was very organized in carrying out the task systematically. It gives him comfort because he always knew the drill. He can immediately detect any sign of failure and took immediate action. He was always strive to produce an excellent result.

He was not people-oriented. His relationship with other people was very low. He doesn’t mind making many friends around. He wanted to isolate himself from others. He was comfortable to be alone and absorbed himself to his work. His entire life was spent to his work with little time of spending his weekend for mental rest.

He wanted to work alone and not very keen in working with the group. He had doubts of their competency for the success of an endeavor. He was not communicative. He acted distant in his relationship with others. He has no interest talking to topics not related to his work. He felt it boring and time-consuming.

He was goal-oriented. His mind was always wandering how he can reach his goal. He will not rest until he can hit the mark. He wanted to finish what he started to the end. He doesn’t want to keep the job hanging. He found it relaxing knowing that his goal has been completed with desired result.
