He
acted based on reasons. He was meticulous in his decision. He acted with
confidence that it’s the right thing. He will not decide if he is not sure of
himself. His action depended on the security of its reasons. He wanted to know
first every angle of the situation, its benefits and possible disadvantages.
He
needed enough time to decide before he act based on his assessment of
affirmation. He gathered facts, seeking opinion from other people and make
mental evaluation of his position and then make necessary action. Everything
should be look into before he can come up with the solution.
He
was not good in conversation. He was not straightforward as he talked. If he
talk it is always on facts. He was so business-like that others find hard to
understand him in simple language. His way of thinking is more advance and even
complex in substance. It was boring hearing his words.
The
concept of his attitude is his fear of failure. He doesn’t want in any way to
commit mistakes. Any indecision should be taken into account deeply and surely.
Mistakes is costly that he wanted to avoid. No one is perfect but for him he
acted on perfect sense giving no room for errors.
He
was risk avoider. He will not experiment an action that has no sure result. He
devised other options in case the first one failed. His insistence is his
trademark. It was his perfect sense of security to always be on the safe side.
A
company is not devoid of many problems. A leader always look into the welfare
of the whole organization. He sees it that everything at hand is in order. The
success of the business will depend on how it is properly manage. He see to it
that all governing instruction are followed.
It
should be in no way anyone in the organization deviate to the established
systems and procedures. Any careless decision affects the whole structure of
the organization. The skill of the leader is important to be a perfectionist in
nature because of the interest of the company he wanted to protect.
Any failure
affects its profitability. It will cause reduction of workforce. There are many
employees that will lose their job. We
can’t blame the leader as perfectionist. The future of the company lies in his
hands. Any decision he make is repeated and reviewed hundred times before
action be done.
He
acknowledged other people’s potential. An employee who dispense his job in
perfection is being recognized. If the employee comes up with best solution to
the problem for the benefit of everyone, the leader gives him rewards of any
form to acknowledge his contribution and good work. With it, he can gain favors
from him which he willingly give if found to be reasonable.
Being
risk conscious has positive side. It protects the company and its people. There
will be an atmosphere of peace in the working environment. It will develop into
highest level of confidence.
Perfectionist
always adhered to comply with rules and regulation. This was his guide to have
safe, secure and established company. There was boundary of action to prevent
it to go beyond the guidelines.
He
was egoistic. His high pride put him above others. He will not seek help from
others in time of his helplessness. He will solve his difficulties alone. He
will not initiate conversation. If someone talks to him it was the time he open
his mouth. He will not offer an opinion but he will entertain it if it was
brought to him first.
A
delayed decision cost resources. A perfectionist can’t decide quickly if there
were lacked of necessary supports, important data and required documents to be
able to come up with a decision. If it entails considerable waste of time, so
be it not until he is satisfied.
He
kept his emotion hidden. He doesn’t want it to be known. Being too emotional is
a weakness. Feeling weak is not his menu. His strength is his ticket to fame.
