A
confident man is not afraid to take responsibility even how hard it was because
of inner strength he developed to be able to face the challenge. He was the
kind of people that is strong-willed, efficient and hardworking. There was
always risk in making decision. There is decision that ends in failure because
no one knows what will happen ahead. But it did not deter him to make decision
he believed the right one and willing to do more if necessary for the benefit
of one or the many.
He
was not easily discouraged of failure, the more he work hard in his belief that
everything will be put into the right place. A father made almost all decision
at home even the tiniest details of family life including the critical decision
that warrants his attention. The foundation of his life was about
decision-making. This was the only way for him to survive.
He
has business-like quality. He can run the business with ease and confident. He
knows which direction his business should be and how he can improve it to be
profitable. Whatever task is given him, he always sees that it is done right,
properly, completely and on time. He will not let certain job left hanging. It
is not his kind. He was always responsible in his function. If it takes a
certain task many hours to comply, he will do so without any regret. It was his
nature to finish the job even how hard it will be.
If
he is around friends, he has fresh ideas to share with them especially if they
have specific activity to pursue. He maintained good relationship to anyone. He
was not sensitive of his feeling. He listened and understood. Any constructive
criticism is a challenge to him to improve his work. If someone crosses his
path with misunderstanding not of his own making, he avoided confrontation. He
will not add fire to the situation. He always hope that disagreement is settled
in proper and civilized way.
He
was not panicky if there is problem along the line. He remained calm with
highest level of confidence and hopeful he can find ways to manage any
hindrances and put a stop to the effect it cause in working environment. He has
highest points of performance, doing it right, fast and on schedule. He doesn’t
want to waste time because of inefficiency. Performance below the level of
acceptance is costly. Spending time and effort is worthless without positive
result.
The
calmness of his behavior towards treating a new task assigned to him, give him
too much confidence that he can handle it well and striving that it can be done
right, fast and on time. He was confident that he can make rational and wise
decision if problem arises in handling the new task. He was striving for
excellence giving no room for failure. His innovative ideas made his job easier
to handle.
He
was born leader. If given the chance to lead a group of people, he can lead
them even during crucial moment of their lives. He did not feel afraid of
responsibility instead it challenge him to make the best of it. He was true to
himself without pretending to be good. Even during the time of his
difficulties, he will not seek help from other people. He just kept it to
himself because of his belief and great confidence that he can find ways to
brace the impact of his burden.
He
give more time in the performance of his work, gathering many new ideas
important in his planning and decision-making if the need arises rather than
putting more time with his family.
If
it happens that you are under him, you have to focus your attention to your
work as he always expects result and hard work. He was very strict about task
deadline. If overtime is necessary to submit the report on schedule you have to
do it fast. You have to follow and toe the line. You are always reminded to
obey whatever he asked you to do especially the necessity of completing your
work to be able catch up the deadline.
